Oreo Cream Cheesecake – A Dessert For All Ages

Putting up away from a bakery doesn’t mean you need to be away from cheesecakes too. So get up and make this dreamy, creamy dessert that always delights!

WARNING: This Cheesecake recipe, if followed, would please even the most discriminating palate.

Let’s get started!

INGREDIENTS:

For oreo crust~

  • 3 packets of original(vanilla flavoured) oreo biscuits i.e 36 
  • 3/4th cup of melted(unsalted) butter

For cream cheese cake~

  • 2 blocks of cream cheese i.e approx 500 grams, softened
  • 1 can(14 oz.) condensed milk/milkmaid
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon

For chocolate frosting~

  • 1 cup of thickened cream with 35% or more milk fat
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar/powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 strawberries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Crush the oreos , add unsalted melted butter and mix it well..
  2. Transfer the prepared oreo crust in springform cake pan.
  3. Level it up and press tight with the help of a cup making sure that the base is tight.
  4. Allow it to set by refrigerating it for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, take cream cheese, condensed milk/milkmaid.
  6. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice to it.
  7. Beat it continuously with the help of whisk or a hand blender.
  8. Beat it till stiff peaks appear.
  9. Transfer it to the cake pan.
  10. Level it up and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  11. After 3 hours, the cake will be well set. Loosen the springform cake pan slowly.
  12. Decorate the cake with chocolate frosting and chopped strawberries.
  13. Hence, cut and serve without baking.
