Tamarind chutney’s substitute for fasting period and also when you’re short of time!
Let’s see how it is created.
- 1 tablespoon amchur powder
- 6 tablespoons water
- 3/4-1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp rock salt
- Red chilli powder to taste
- Mix amchur powder and water(ratio 1:6)
- Cool it for 15-20 minutes till it thickens.
- Add sugar, rock salt and chilli powder.
- Bring it to boil and your chutney is ready.
Enjoy it with Kuttu ke atte ke pakode!!
