Muesli and Strawberries | My eternal love | Healthy Breakfast Easy Recipe

I know you are seeing this because you’re switching to a healthy lifestyle. Muesli with milk is a usual combination, yet a monotonous one at times. Here’s one super easy and amazing recipe with yoghurt which would make you drool.

Hence, I had to add on strawberries(I love them) to gobble it up.

Here’s a simple recipe to it:

  • Freshly sliced strawberries
  • Muesli
  • Greek Yoghurt/ Flavoured Yogurt
  • A little butter
  • Grated dark chocolate

  1. Roast the muesli in a pan with a little butter in it until it turns brown. Add grated dark chocolate to it and mix it well.
  2. Let it cool down, meanwhile you can slice the strawberries.
  3. Take a glass, add a few sliced strawberries to it.
  4. Next add the roasted muesli followed by the yoghurt. I used strawberry yoghurt because I love it. You can try with that too.
  5. Add strawberries again and make similar layers until the glass fills up to the brim.
  6. Top it with fresh strawberries and sprinkle the grated chocolate if you like.
  7. Voyla! Your easy, healthy and yummy breakfast is ready!!!
